SmartPharm™ was established by a group of Pharmacists, e-Learning and Pharmacy experts. The goal of SmartPharm is to provide a single coherent conduit for all pharmacy related skills and product information.
Once inside SmartPharm students have the ability to choose to undertake training modules in either of three specific areas:
* Pharmacy Skills Training – These modules contain generic skills training relevant to the retail pharmacy industry. This includes modules such as Customer Service, Pharmacy Medicines, OH&S, Loss Prevention and so on.
* Pharmacy Category Training – These modules contain specific disease state or category information such as weight loss, allergies, smoking cessation, baby, seniors, beauty, nutrition, men’s health, women’s health, diabetes, etc.
